"Jason was outstanding to work with in selling our house- he was blindly referred to us because of a great reputation - and he definitely met it!

We had some urgency in getting it on the market. Jason provided guidance on what we would and would not (saving us some hassle and $$) need to do for showing . "Buying a home in Ballard (and in our price range) seemed like a long shot ... until we met Jason. He is an excellent advisor during the home buying process - extremely resourceful and connected. Homes in Ballard, Fremont, and Ravenna were included in our list of places to tour, but for my first home, I figured this was a bit unrealistic. I started to bring up neighborhoods a little further out (i.e. Renton, Normandy Park) during our first conversation about where to look. It’s common to hear home buying horror stories, I didn’t want to spend 6 months of 2021 continually viewing homes and getting beat out by stronger offers. Jason’s help had us under contract in -under a week- and in a neighborhood and home I thought was out of reach.

Lastly, Jason has great recommendations for lenders, renovation contractors, anyone. He’s not the type to sugar coat anything (appreciated) and has spot-on insights going into offer submittal dates. I can’t imagine what a better experience would be like, I’m so thankful to have had his help."
